Project summary

For an association we built a module on top of the Management Suite functionality, to keep track of rented trailer storages and invoicing.

What we have done

We leverage the already existing functionality from the Management Suite like the unit and contact database and implemented the following new features:


  • List of rented trailer storages connected to a contact (owner) or property (unit)
  • Option to create invoices for trailer storages
  • Invoices be printed or send via email as PDF file directly from within the system 
  • Create notifications in the calendar for overdue invoices 


The association is now be able to track all rented trailer storages. They can create invoices and send them to the owners by email with one click. They have a calendar to see which invoices are overdue to take immediate action.
