“I live abroad and only stay at my Florida condo during the season. In the past, without a condo website, I had a hard time knowing what was going on at the association. I missed payment deadlines because letters in the mail arrived too late. Now I can stay on top of the newest developments, e.g. renovation updates, elections, meeting minutes, financial statements, etc. In addition I can communicate easily with management, board and other residents.”
