On Wednesday, February 7th the Palm Beach Condo & HOA Expo takes place in at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
We will be teaching a seminar on ASSOCIATION WEB SOLUTIONS – REQUIREMENTS AND BEST PRACTICES.
The seminar takes place from 2:30 – 3:30 pm
Participants receive 1 CEU – (HR)
Register for the seminar by February 2nd, 2018, to secure your seat! Once seats fill up, there will be standing room only, and seats will be available on a first come, first served basis.
In this course participants will learn how to make the most of an association website and other web solutions. We will discuss technical and administrative challenges, security and privacy policies, member registration options, effectively communicating during emergencies, disaster preparedness, service requests, and online voting.
(By July 1, 2018, an association with 150 or more units is required to post digital copies of official records on its association website. (HB 1237 / FLORIDA STATUTE 718). We will go over the required documents that have to be provided on an association website by law.)
Of course we will also be available at our booth on the main exhibition floor. The expo takes place between 10:30am – 3:00pm.
If you can’t make it to this expo, make sure to come see us at CondoFest 2018 to be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 1601 Belvedere Road, West Palm Beach, Florida. The trade show will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with educational seminars for managers throughout the day. More than 80 exhibits for Condominium, Cooperative, and Homeowner Association Managers will be on display.
